Brand Partnership Manager (Talent Team)

About Fanbytes:

Starting 3 years ago, we have built a successful influencer agency working with brands like Ubisoft, Nike, Charlotte Tilbury, and even the UK government to run campaigns that win the heart of Gen Z. Over the last 18 months, we’ve developed two new divisions of the business, Bytesized Talent – the UK’s largest TikTok talent agency as well as Bytehouse – the UK’s first-ever TikTok house which gained national press in Evening Standard, The Times, BBC, and Sky News.

All these come together to create our Gen Z media group which combines services, talent, and owned and operated IP. We’re moving from startup to scale-up and we need are on the hunt for a brand partership manager to join our talent management team and spearhead new talent partnerships.

 

About the role:

The Brand partnership Manager for the talent team will focus solely on bringing in partnerships for our managed talent. You will work with the Talent Managers to ensure we’re creating long term, successful partnerships for our talent. We are looking for someone who is performance and goal focused, has experience generating leads, self-driven and motivated. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to expand their career with a fast-growing creative agency and lead partnerships for a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue objectives.
  • Develop and manage a plan to support lead generation, engage a sales cycle, and achieve financial targets.
  • Identifying and outreaching to key brands and partners to sell our talent into.
  • Work with Talent Managers to create long term partnerships with brands and talent.
  • Representing Bytesized at industry events and speaking about our work managing campaigns.
  • Creating and pitching proposals to brands and agencies.
  • Be the lead revenue driver for the talent team.

 

Our ideal candidate… 

  • Has demonstrated experience selling and working on creative solutions.
  • Is experienced working towards sales targets and managing one’s workload.
  • Has an extensive book of contacts in the influencer world and with Gen Z focused brands
  • Is creative and confident with words to draft proposals and campaign ideas for brands.
  • Has a genuine passion for youth culture and socials.
